The website facilities that Rockstar provided were a great time saver for collecting photos and profiles. The flexibility was good - I was basically able to change the book details (such as black and white pages and total order) until the last minute which was extremely important given that our needs were constantly changing. Our Yearbook Consultant was extremely helpful throughout the process. The meeting at the beginning of the year really helped us get started. She answered my questions throughout the year in quick time and provided great assistance with regards to setting up and editing the profile collection system. I also liked the fact that she sent email reminders to ensure we kept up with our schedule. Anuj Kumar
