Attn: Potential Employers of former Rockstar Staff

The above is a Whitelist.

We have a hard working success driven culture at Rockstar. The past and present Rockstar team members listed above, rose to professional challanges and exceeded at tasks well beyond their years and experience. When the going got tough - they were the ones who stuck through it, and broke through to the other side. It's all about good attitude - and they had it. I'm very proud of what they have achieved, and vouch for their excellence as a potential employee in your organisation.

At the same time, not all staff who join Rockstar successfully complete our extensive design and training program. As an employer, you would know that not all employees make the decision to at least try to rise to a challenge. Successful employment requires compatible alignment of an employer + employee's attitude, expectations and abilities. Sometimes this doesn't work out - not because one party is "better" or "worse" than the other - it's just that there is a mis-alignment of attitude, expectations and abilities.

It is my professional responsibility as Director, to appropriately protect and maintain the public integrity of our amazing Rockstar employment program, and amazing Rockstar Alumni. If you have a potential employee for your organisation claiming to have worked at Rockstar, but their name is not listed above - the chances are that they did not successfully complete our program.

I'd absolutely LOVE to provide personal references for past Rockstar employees - we're just one quick and friendly phone call away! Please don't hesitate to call on 1300 782 901.
